| Our Deluxe Steel Frame Liveable Sheds feature a different construction method compared to standard C-channel liveable sheds. The external wall frames are constructed using steel stud wall framing, supported by 90x90 SHS steel columns beneath every rafter. This means the external wall perimeter is structurally prepared for internal gyprock installation — saving you both time and money during fit-out. It also allows for the option of fixing external wall cladding horizontally for a more residential-style finish. The Deluxe design can achieve up to 9m free span, giving you flexibility to create your preferred internal floor plan without intrusive columns or structural restrictions. | While Deluxe liveable sheds are limited to a maximum width of 9m, length can be customised to suit your requirements. Please note there are also limitations on window and door sizing and quantities, which we will guide you through during the design process. See below designs for your consideration.
